1.Offer your detail requirements on the doors you need, like materials(wood or metal),sizes(width and height), fire rate(Steel Fire Door 1-3 hours, Wood Fire Door 20-90 minutes), other special requirements on the pattern or accessories.It would be better if you have the BOQ or drawings for projects.

2.XZIC will offer you quotation based on your requirements, required trade terms(EXW,FOB, CIF,DDU,DDP).It will goes to the negotiation stage.Once the deal is confirmed, there will be a proforma invoice for you to make deposit.

3.Before production,we will have shop drawings for the required doors.Confirm all the details on the drawing, and there goes the production.

4.We can take pictures and videos for you to check the production schedule. Pre-install to check the quality, or visit us to check the doors in workshop if needed.

5.Arrange the balance payment, we will pack them well with wooden pallet and arrange the shipment for you.
