Requirements:

Material: Stainless steel (304 grade) or steel with corrosion-resistant coating

Type: Ball-bearing, full-mortise

Size & Quantity:4.5" x 4.5" (minimum for commercial doors)

3 hinges (doors ≤ 90" height)

4 hinges (doors > 90" or high-traffic areas)

Load Rating: Minimum 600 lbs per hinge pairFire Rating: UL-listed for fire doors (if required)
