Step 1 :Material prepared(cold rolled steel)

Steel sheet will be the main material we use for Fire rated Metal door. Different kinds of Materials

Step 2 :Fiber laser cutting machine

The size can be customized with our cutting machine to make sure every data correct.

Step 3 :Door frame roll forming machine

To make a whole set of fire rated doors, metal frame is quite a important part to fit different types of wall, and thickness of the wall.

Step 4 :Punching machine

There are kinds of hardware for Steel fire doors, bore for each hardware will be calculated accurately with machine and make sure the hardware are matched perfectly with steel doors and frames.

Step 5 :Skin bending machine

To make sure the frame with different type, the bending machine will help to realize it and meet your requirements on metal frame types

Step 6 :Hot glue machine

To ensure the steel sheet tightly closed with each part of the door,the hot glue machine will play its role to make sure the fire-rated door flat, secure,nice

Step 7 :Painting machine & Drying oven

There are multiple choices for the colors,we offer our existing customers a contract paint service, Painting items up to 7.5 meters long and 2.0 meter wide.It can be also done with the color board customer provide.
